4 PM - 5:30 PM ET, Saturdays starting September 12th and ending October 3rd.
It's free, it's virtual (Zoom), and it's an awesome way to get your feet wet with fellow RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs looking to take our industry back from profiteers. Come learn the fundamentals with us!
EWOC describes the training best on their website:
👉 PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN UP: https://workerorganizing.org/training/fundamentals/#form
This EWOC training series will help you and your co-workers build your union from the ground up. You’ll hear from experienced organizers and people like you who are organizing their own workplaces. In small discussion groups with participants across the US and beyond, you'll practice connecting with your co-workers, discover what you need to take strategic action around common concerns, and prepare for what the boss has in store.
Topics include:
Mapping and Charting
Overcoming Fear
Taking Action
Escalating Demands
Building Relationships
Building an Organizing Committee
Uniting Over Common Concerns
